Blackberry Smash

Made this concoction tonight and wasn't sure what to call it. It looks like a mojito but it's not exactly. All I know is it was pure deliciousness.

Here's the recipe: Muddled mint(two sprigs) and blackberries(probably a handful or so)            

1 shot of Tequila(poured into bowl w/ berries and mint)

                            Put half a cup of Limeade(used Simply Limeade but you can use whatever you prefer)

                            into shaker with ice and berry/mint/tequila mixture and shook

                            Poured into mason jar added a few splashes of sprite or club sode would work well too.

                            Mint and extra blackberries for prettiness.

Mojitos

Trying to use up some mint from my herb garden. Can't wait to try some new mojito recipes.


These are strawberry mojitos . They look like summer.

Here's another that looks so good. This asian pear mojito is actually a knock off to P.F. Changs mojito recipe but it's definitely worth seeing if there just as good because they are pretty pricey.
